TCO: FIRE Fitness Class

Join us for a fun and exhilarating fitness experience with one of our neighbors, FIRE Fitness Camp Hobart!
FIRE brings a quick 30 minute workout designed to challenge every muscle you have. The goal is to put our body into major recovery mode and burn calories not just during the workout, but for the next couple days afterward too! With FIRE workouts, we spike our metabolism through short rest periods. The resistance side comes in the form of weights, ropes, flipping tires, and even our own body weight works great!
Class will take place outside behind the clubhouse on and near the Beer Garden, weather permitting, which allows for safe distancing of participants. We invite you to visit the restaurant following the event for a snack or meal and beverage.
Registration is $30 and includes the 30 minute class with equipment and one voucher for a beverage in the restaurant.
